В статье рассматриваются направления развития взаимоотношений государств — членов Евразийского экономического союза в сфере нотариата. Проводится сравнительный анализ законодательства союзных государств, на основе которого формулируются предложения по формированию Евразийского союза нотариата.

The article looks into the directions of relations development between the Eurasian Economic Union Member States in the area of notarial system. A comparative analysis of the Union’s states legislation was carried out. The result of the analysis is constructive proposals on creations of the Eurasian Notarial Union.
