RUSSIAN NOTARY: HISTORY AND MODERNITY

ABSTRACT. The author analyzes the historical development of the Russian notary, identifies common features of the notary in the Russian Empire and the modern model. The organizational form of the modern notary and the prospects for its development are investigated in this historical context.

В статье рассмотрены нотариальные способы защиты авторских прав. На основе анализа законодательства и правоприменительной практики авторы формулируют рекомендации по совершенствованию законодательства в сфере охраны авторских прав путем расширения компетенции нотариуса.

ABSTRACT. The article discusses notarial methods of copyright protection. Based on the analysis of legislation and law enforcement practice, the authors formulates recommendations for improving legislation in the field of copyright protection by expanding the competence of the notary.

В статье рассматриваются направления развития взаимоотношений государств — членов Евразийского экономического союза в сфере нотариата. Проводится сравнительный анализ законодательства союзных государств, на основе которого формулируются предложения по формированию Евразийского союза нотариата.

ON THE ISSUE OF THE FORMATION OF THE EURASIAN UNION OF NOTARIES

The article looks into the directions of relations development between the Eurasian Economic Union Member States in the area of notarial system. A comparative analysis of the Union’s states legislation was carried out. The result of the analysis is constructive proposals on creations of the Eurasian Notarial Union.
