Данная статья посвящена правовому регулированию организации работы по исполнению запросов о правовой помощи, направляемых российскими нотариусами. В ней рассматриваются новеллы, закрепленные в приказе Минюста России от 29.12.2023 № 413, а также изучается судебная практика российских судов, связанная с исполнением запросов со стороны российских нотариусов компетентными органами зарубежных государств. Отдельное внимание уделяется положениям договоров о правовой помощи, заключенных Россией с иностранными государствами.

ABSTRACT. This article is devoted to the legal regulation of the execution of requests for legal assistance. It examines the innovations in Russian legislation and the judicial practice of Russian courts related to the execution of requests from Russian notaries by the competent authorities of foreign countries. Special attention is paid to the provisions of the treaties of the Russian Federation entered with foreign countries on civil and commercial matters.
