В статье анализируется успешный процесс развития цифровизации нотариата в гражданском обороте. Авторы статьи обращают внимание на актуальные проблемы: взаимодействие нотариата с Росреестром, оформление наследственных прав на цифровые объекты, наследование цифровых активов, защиту от мошенничества при оформлении сделок между субъектами предпринимательской деятельности, возможность внесения записи в день получения информации о факте смерти работодателя. Целью исследования является определение следующих положений: развитие цифровизации нотариата, обозначение основных проблем и их решения при взаимодействии нотариуса с предпринимателями, взаимодействии с государственными органами. Формулируется вывод о том, что цифровизация и информационные технологии играют огромную роль при обращении к нотариусу субъектов предпринимательской деятельности путем обращения участников предпринимательской деятельности в удобном формате обращения (можно провести запрос и проверку сведений через ресурсы и государственные публичные реестры, которые созданы Федеральной нотариальной палатой).

DIGITAL CAPABILITIES OF THE NOTARY IN BUSINESS LAW

ABSTRACT. The article analyzes the successful process of digitalization of the notary in civil circulation. The authors of the article pay attention to topical issues, such as the interaction of the notary with the Federal Register of State Registration of inheritance rights to digital objects; inheritance of digital assets; protection against fraud when making transactions between business entities; the possibility of making an entry on the day of receiving information about the death of an employer. The purpose of the study is to identify the following provisions: the development of digitalization of the notary, identification of the main problems and their solutions in the interaction of the notary with entrepreneurs, interaction with government agencies. The conclusion is formulated that digitalization and information technologies play a huge role when contacting a notary of business entities, by contacting business participants in a convenient format of appeal (you can request and verify information through resources and state public registers that have been created by the FNP).
