Настоящее исследование посвящено сравнительно-правовому анализу законодательства и нотариальной практики России и Узбекистана, касающихся процесса удаленного совершения нотариальных действий, то есть когда заявитель лично не присутствует у нотариуса, а обращается к нотариусу онлайн посредством специальных государственных сервисов.

RATHER-LEGAL ANALYSIS OF NOTARIAL ACTS COMMITTING REMOTELY IN PRACTICE OF RUSSIAN AND UZBEKISTAN NOTARIES

ABSTRACT. The given research is devoted to a rather-legal analysis of both Russian and Uzbekistan legislation and notarial practice related to the procedure of notarial acts committing remotely, that is when an applicant applies to a notary online through special government services and does not appear in person in a notary office.
