В статье анализируются перспективы внедрения современных цифровых технологий в профессиональную деятельность нотариусов. Рассматривается технология нейросетей как конкретной реализации алгоритмов искусственного интеллекта. Исследуются основные проблемы применения нейросетей в юридической деятельности. Формулируются такие принципы использования нейросетей, как ответственность и контролируемость во внедрении, предотвращение предвзятости в обучении, прозрачность алгоритмизации, обеспечение безопасности данных и уважение авторских прав. Обозначаются пределы и риски внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта в нотариальную деятельность.

APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN NOTARIAL ACTIVITY: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

ABSTRACT. The article analyzes the prospects for introducing modern digital technologies in the professional activities of notaries. The technology of neural networks is considered as a concrete implementation of artificial intelligence algorithms. The main problems of the neural networks’ using in the legal activities are being investigated. There are formulated such principles of using neural networks as responsibility and control in the implementation, prevention of bias in its training, transparency of algorithmization, providing data security and the copyright compliance. There are indicated the limits and risks of introducing artificial intelligence technologies in notarial activities.

В статье на основе архивных источников анализируется проблема материального обеспечения дореволюционного нотариата. Двусмысленность в определении основы оплаты труда нотариусов, заложенная Временным положением о нотариальной части 1866 года, породила спекуляции на эту тему в публицистической и научной литературе. В рамках исследования представлена попытка определения реального механизма взимания платы за нотариальные услуги в Российской империи.

ABSTRACT. There is the problem of the pre-revolutionary notary’s material support is analyzed in the article on the basis of archival sources. The ambiguity in the definition of the basis for the notaries’ remuneration, laid down by the provisional regulation about the notary part of 1866 year, leading to some speculation on this topic in the journalistic and scientific literature. The study presented an attempt to determine the real mechanism for the collecting fees for notarial services in the Russian Empire.
