Предметом исследования данной работы являются особенности наследования по договорам о брокерском обслуживании. В частности, авторами рассматривается вопрос о правовой природе договора о брокерском обслуживании и анализируется состав наследства при наличии такого договора у наследодателя.

ABSTRACT. The subject of the study of this work is the features of inheritance under brokerage service agreements. In particular, the authors consider the issue of the legal nature of the brokerage service agreement and analyze the composition of the inheritance if the testator has such an agreement.
